El próximo miércoles día 5 de diciembre, estará disponible el primer álbum del nuevo proyecto del virtuoso de la guitarra, ALBERTO TARÍN & ORCHESTRA, que con el título de EL CAMINO DEL RITMO, editado unicamente en formato LP y descarga digital.

El guitarrista Alberto Tarín no es precisamente un recién llegado. Es bien conocida su condición de guitarrista oficial de NEW YORK SKA-JAZZ ENSEMBLE desde hace bastantes años y de ser un virtuoso de las seis cuerdas requerido por grandes estrellas del pop y del reggae. Una de sus pasiones públicas es llevar al terreno del reggae temas de estilos, a primera vista, alejados de las sonoridades jamaicanas. Fruto de esta inquietud fueron los tres álbumes de la serie Jazzin' Reggae (y uno en colaboración con el mítico cantante Dave Barker) publicados por Brixton Records. Ahora retoma el reto con la formación ALBERTO TARÍN & ORCHESTA, una profundización en la esencia instrumental del reggae y del desafío de fusionar reggae con estilos a priori antagónicos.

Next Wednesday December 5th is the release date of the first album of guitar virtuoso ALBERTO TARÍN's new project, with the title of EL CAMINO DEL RITMO. Album will only be available in LP and download formats.

Guitar player Alberto Tarín is no newcomer, it is well known for his work as official guitar player of ska-jazz kings NEW YORK SKA-JAZZ ENSEMBLE and as session musician, guest guitar player, composer and producer.

He has a soft spot for melting reggae with styles that at first look might look far away from those Jamaican sonorities. As a result of that passion, Brixton Records released three albums in the series Jazzin' Reggae. Now, Alberto Tarín happily retakes the task with the line-up of ALBERTO TARÍN & ORCHESTRA, with a deep dive in the instrumental essence of reggae and facing the challenge  of fusing reggae with a priori antagonistic genders.
